At gym: Speed Bench
135, 155, 175 x 1 x 3; 195 x 1 x 10
Incline DB: 100 x 1 x 6 (easy, but not feeling anything heavy)
DB Fly and some other crap
Bowling -- sucked, what else is new.
Weigh in last night: 182.8 (seeing my imaginary Mendoza line of 180)
--> 176 here I come.
