New Stuff for week ending 02/06

* Gotta get ready for Gasparilla. Resigned to staying home all day.
* Bowled well this week: 194-204-256 - 654
* Work outs were random this week:
- Mon: Chest and Tris
- Tue: Back and Bis
- Wed: Legs/Bowling
- Thu: Shoulders
- Fri: Chest and Tris
==> I know, my mullet is growing. In my gym I also did a bunch of random KB stuff.

KB presses with both a 24kg and 6kg bell in my hand (felt good)
TGUs with both a 24kg and 16kg in each hand (because you have to move more deliberately , more time under tension)
Armbar with 24kg and 16kg in each hand
Floor presses (10) with the 24kg and 16kg in each hand

Weight is down to 195 -- woo hoo
